1. Customers declare their requirements, (OEM, ODM or processing with customer's samples)
2. we will design the sample, modify it according to customers' requirements until it is confirmed by the latter.
3. we will produce the sample for customer trying, if also need modification, will do it again until the customer confirm the sample mode.
4. Then we will start producing the order quantities for customers.

2. The customer should pay production downpayment 30 percent at least.
